Aiverbalyze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Verbalyze") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data, ensuring full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
2. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as account details and payment information. For our Voice AI services, we process audio streams and text data which may contain personal information. Our systems automatically redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before storage.
3. DPDP Compliance
Under the DPDP Act 2023, Verbalyze acts as a Data Fiduciary for direct customers and a Data Processor for our enterprise API clients. We operate strictly on the principle of purpose limitation and data minimization.
4. Model Training
Enterprise customer data is NEVER used to train our foundational models without explicit, written opt-in consent. If you choose our sovereign, self-hosted deployment, no audio or text data ever leaves your VPC.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@verbalyze.in.
