By accessing or using the Verbalyze platform, APIs, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

Verbalyze provides Voice AI services including Speech-to-Text (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Voice Agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with appropriate notice to enterprise customers according to their SLA.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

We respect your privacy and data sovereignty. For detailed information on how we handle audio data, PII redaction, and model training, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Usage of the Verbalyze API is subject to the rate limits associated with your pricing tier. Excessive usage or abuse of the API may result in temporary suspension of your API keys.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aiverbalyze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
